To start the week off, we’d like to share our go-to workout that targets your entire body. With the help of Karisa, a personal trainer, we were able to come up with an easy full body circuit that incorporates your legs, abs & arms. When you do these workouts, make sure you’re really taking your time doing slow, controlled repetitions and don’t forget to keep your core engaged!!
